The new Kichler Boutique that will open during Fall 2026 High Point Market.
Located at 201 West High Avenue in High Point, the approximately 3,000-square-foot Boutique represents a new approach to the traditional lighting showroom. Rather than presenting fixtures in a conventional product-driven environment, Kichler has conceived the space as a residentially inspired destination where lighting is experienced in context through thoughtfully layered vignettes, curated product stories and spaces designed for conversation, discovery and hospitality. The location also reflects Kichler’s growing focus on the professional design community and the importance of High Point as a place for designers to discover products firsthand.
The Boutique will host an invitation only preview on Friday, Oct. 16, followed by a series of celebratory events during High Point Market, Oct. 17-21.
“Lighting is such an important part of how a space looks and feels, yet there is no substitute for experiencing a fixture in person. Designers want to see its scale, materials, finish and the quality of light it creates,” said Kristina Christopher, chief marketing officer of Coleto Brands. “As Kichler continues to elevate its product portfolio and deepen its relationship with the design community, we wanted to create a place that feels less like a traditional showroom and more like a destination designers will want to visit. The Kichler Boutique gives us an opportunity to welcome them into the brand in a much more personal and immersive way.”
Designed for discovery
Created in partnership with High Point-based Barbour Spangle Design, the Kichler Boutique takes its cues from residential interiors rather than a traditional trade showroom. The environment is intended to encourage designers to linger, explore and consider lighting as an integral layer of a room or an exterior.
Throughout the Boutique, decorative lighting will be presented within styled vignettes that demonstrate how scale, materiality, finish and illumination can help shape an interior. Comfortable hospitality areas will offer places for coffee and conversation, creating a setting intended to feel welcoming and useful to designers navigating High Point Market.
The Boutique will feature a curated assortment of Kichler’s best-selling designs alongside new collections introduced in 2026, as well as a preview of select products to come in 2027.
A Collaborative Design Vision
Bringing the vision of the Kichler Boutique to life was a collaborative effort, with leading home and design brands contributing products and materials throughout the space. Fabuwood provided custom cabinetry. Complemented by Newport Brass plumbing fixtures, James Martin Vanities outfitted the bathroom vignettes and working powder rooms. Together, these elements help create the layered and inspiring environment envisioned for the Boutique while allowing the breadth of Kichler collections to be experienced alongside the high quality types of materials, finishes and products designers specify every day.
Kichler at High Point Market
Kichler will also extend its presence at Fall Market through its continued partnership with the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) at the newly expanded Broad Hall, also designed by Barbour Spangle Design. Kichler decorative and integrated lighting systems will be featured in two new vignettes, demonstrating how layered lighting can complement and enhance key spaces in a home.
